Visualization --> Level 1

Conceptually should focus around basic charting techniques using MS Excel and other basic software. The general purpose is using data visualization techniques for reporting of aggregated data.

Microsoft Excel software provides a very good platform to begin visual data explorations. Above Excel User link has some great examples of sites that provide support for this software. I am also recommending TinkerPlots software (not only for kids) which is pretty simple tool for creating plots and understanding how they work. Another software I have tested recently is ParSets, it creates multi-dimensional view of your data set and its free (check out the link above with some interesting examples).
